[Note: I usually shy away from translating things like interviews, because the consequences of making a mistake (eg. how much of a terrible person I will feel like) are exponentially higher… that said, I’ve seen a translation of one part of this floating around, but never the context, so I thought I would try to share it ^^ Red dots indicate what I’m translating.]

Morita: In the first half, as actors, we grudgingly endured the feeling that “You want to have a conversation, but you cant”, so in the second half when it became a relationship where we could finally have a proper conversation, it was fun. But, it got to the point where it was being said “That’s because it’s love. Because it’s not dere.” (laughs). It’s really difficult, isn’t it.

[Note: And some… context for the context — in this part of the interview, Morita had been jokingly complaining that the fans had all said Bunny was being too tsun, and then after the change in ep14, said he was being too dere instead.]
