I really hate it when people make a huge fucking deal about their sexuality to the point where it’s 99% of what their personality consists of.
alternatively: it doesn’t take much effort to truly get to know them!
not that you’d want to get to know someone that you only connected with on a single level (if even that)
Bunny has a way of doing certain things that can only be called cute.
Kotetsu bites his tongue most of the time. Has to, lest Bunny get pissed at him for calling him cute all the time - but isn’t that better than calling him not cute? Ah, he digresses. Bunny’s cute, no two ways about it, and Kotetsu likes watching him, picking out the certain way in which he does things that makes it also endearing.
It’s little stuff. Starts with the man’s sleeping habits, for one. He’s a light sleeper as a general rule, and often times takes awhile to actually get to sleep in the first place - that is, unless he’s curled up against Kotetsu, a leg thrown over him and his face pressed into his shoulder. That is, unless he’s discovering a kotatsu for the first time at Kotetsu’s parents’ house, tucking himself underneath it and passing out in only moments with a content sigh.
Basically, unless he’s warm.
There are other things - the way in which he flushes over cooking failures, over cut fingers and proverbial spilt milk. The way in which he goes out of his way to spend time with Kaede, to take her with him when he’s getting his hair done and even spoils her with a manicure. Geez, he’s pretty sure Barnaby’s been a dad his whole life, with the ease at which he handles the girl (even though he knows Barnaby is nervous and anxious about all aspects of parenting, even if he doesn’t say it), and that makes Kotetsu happy.
Because it’s like it is all meant to be - like this was supposed to happen and Bunny’s supposed to be with them and everything’s okay now because of it.
Kotetsu decides to make a point of keeping it that way - down to every cute thing, every perfect thing.
I hate that these types of things are incredibly insensitive to people who have already lost their Father. I know they aren’t meant to be sensitive though. I dunno, just irritates me that people can so easily write “HE DIES IN 13 DAYS” - even if it is a joke…. :/ it’s not funny when you have previously known your father would be dead or passing in 13 days ):
“cause of death: negligence of child to reblog post on internet”
i have never been amused by superstitious chain e-mails/posts/whatever.
snarky commentary does not change the fact that I now have to reblog this Doku (゚ﺧ益ﺨ)
I hate the way Team Dai Gurren handled Kamina’s death and Simon’s reaction to it. That is one part of the series that I absolutely hate. They basically expected Simon to “get over” Kamina’s death in 7 days when it would probably help if someone talked to him about it. Whats more, Yoko even stopped Rossiu when he was going to go talk to him about it which I think would have helped Simon A LOT…and Kittan was yelling at Simon about being sad?? They just didn’t help at all though I guess they thought they were.
They pretty much expected Simon to just stop being so upset.
It’s like they forgot Simon is just a kid.
As much as I love Yoko one thing that really bothered me was how she was telling Nia that she could never understand how Simon feels because she never met Kamina, but a few episodes later she says that there’s no room for Simon on the Dai-Gurren if he can’t pull his own weight. Uhhh???? That’s kind of a 180.
I’d been thinking she could have superimposed herself onto Simon at that instance, like when she says “You will never understand him”, but she actually means ‘me’. It’s a blank shoot with this theory, but I remember reading that Yoko tired to hide her feelings toward Kamina from the crew, so this would be a way to express herself without being caught. The manga makes her look really furious in that scene as she had been personally touched. Maybe…

a doujin in which Barnaby falls asleep while giving head, precious
The anti gag-reflex trick is actually the Shell mudra, which is supposed to aid and relax larynx, haha. Up-traveling, tensed larynx is the basic cause of anxiety related voice problems. I’t good to practice it just in case.
I did actually somewhat melt at
You can stick to something (or someone) longer than most people
Because how precious is that
Can’t get to grips with associating this with Kotetsu in any way though
You need to be careful that your worldly ambitions don’t take over your life
Yeaaah, I’ve been reading Kotetsu’s with my brow rised the whole time…
Barnaby’s ability to read between the lines is not exactly something I’d give him an award for
I think Barnaby’s is spot on actually, with the instance of episode 5 right before the OP. It’s said he had Kotetsu worked out right at their little squabble before the court wich does take that ability. And then there’s the manga and the way he connected the dots with Tony. He’s observant and perceptive, as much is stated in his verious bios. It’s Kotetsu’s that doesn’t sit very well, imo…
